Look Alive, Sunshine

 I have to say, I am in LOVE with Spring Break. We may not be going to Hawaii or California or wherever you Hipsters go these days, but I'm having a great time. 

 Today I went to church (I didn't realize how badly I need to go). I remember this quote: "Seven days without the Lord makes one weak." Completely true. And I found a really good bible verse. 

 1 John 3:2

Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

 Today, Dad took us for a walk out by this lake. I love it there. Halfway through, Mom and I were talking about something and Dad, Cody, and Jon decided to run off. Mom suggested we take the other way and beat them to the van. 

 Now when she said other way, she meant long way. My thinking was, 'Well, maybe if we run we can still beat them.' Uh, no. We ended up walking kind of fast because of Mom's "hip issue" but really because she had to pee. Let's just say, they beat us...

 I've been listening to a new CD I got. It's My Chemical Romance's Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. (But as I'm listening I realize 'No Joy Was Killed In The Making Of This CD'. At least not mine anyway. I love it. 

  

  I felt bad because I just listened to them on YouTube. I felt like a "Moocher". So I bought the CD cause these guys have to make a living too.

 

 I was hoping to get Just Dance (1) today but it wasn't in the video store. So we got a Michael Jackson dance thing. Not as fun as the Just Dance games though. (But that's because I don't like him). But dancing to the song Thriller was fun. 

Random Memories:   

 1. When I was in 7th grade the choir got to go to Cedar Point and me and my friend Jessica rode on the Mean Streak. I cried. (I tried not to but I thought I was going to die.)

 2. The Mean Streak is all right to get scared at, but Little Bill's Giggle Coaster is another thing. (Don't give me that look...Jon wanted to go on so I came to support him)... 

 All the little kids looked bored, but I almost screamed when the "bigger" parts came up. I think I embarrassed Jon. I guess I just don't like roller coasters. *random dude: Ya think?*
